Welcome to the Lee Common CE School Website!

Lee Common CE School is a delightful small village school, hidden in the heart of Lee Common. Our small size affords us the privilege of getting to know our children and families exceptionally well, which means we can work in close partnership with parents to give our children the best possible start to their learning journey. 

We are an inclusive Church of England School and welcome children of all faiths or no faith. Our approach is underpinned by Christian values and traditions and our purpose is to provide a happy, warm and nurturing environment in which young children thrive. 

We know that children learn best when they feel secure and have positive experiences at school.  We are therefore determined to put the emotional well-being of our children at the heart of everything we do.  We will aim to meet each child at their own stage of development, offering support and challenge as appropriate and giving them what they need to grow in mind, body and spirit, supporting them to flourish, live a fulfilling and joyful life and make a real difference in the world.

We offer a rich, vibrant environment and a wealth of opportunities for our pupils throughout their time with us, providing for them those special moments that they will remember forever.

Our highly skilled staff seek to inspire children to love learning, challenging them to 'grow their brains' and achieve their very best in a wide range of subjects, both within the classroom and beyond. We work closely with our parents and local community to enhance the opportunities offered to our pupils and we are very proud of our amazing school.
