Our School Day
8.45am: Our school gates open and children can come straight in to school to start their learning.
8.55am: All children to be in school
9.00am: We take our registers.
9.15am: All school-aged children have a Rocket Phonics session.
11.45am: Our Early Years children go for lunch. Nursery children return to their learning environment after eating, while Reception have a playtime.
12.15pm: Our KS1 children go to lunch.
1.15pm: Afternoon school begins
3.00pm: School finishes for all children
We are currently in discussions regarding lengthening our school day in the light of the government White Paper.
This is problematic due to sibling collection from other local schools.
